Warmups

Strength: 15 Minutes to Hit a max Clean and Jerk (get here early if you want to do extra mobility.  You want to do extra mobility.)

WOD: For Time

  • 800 M Run
  • 80 Double Unders
  • 400 M Run
  • 40 Wall Balls
  • 200 M Run
  • 20 Pullups
  • 100 M Run
  • 10 Handstand Pushups

This looks great. Tempted to attend, but also curious about the Advanced class. Any updates?

C&J: 105#

WOD: 20:33. [RX: DUs (though very ugly and very time-consuming), pull-ups, and HSPU] I didn’t think I’d be able to RX all that, so I used 14# WB. Next time, up to 20#, which will suck.

I agree with Mikey; today’s class looks great and I would still like to know what the Advanced class WOD will be.
