I did this last night, super-newbie scaled: 3 RFT, 400 m/run, 15 wall ball at 8 lbs & 15 box jumps. 17:52.

The Rx version of Kelly was pretty intimidating to me so I am happy to hear about the ways you scaled it.
I learned a lot about C&J doing Grace yesterday – I am so going to crush it after a month of this!

Serious shout out to my Paleo partner Mark who “woohoo” and cheered the rest of us through Kelly this morning. My time was 44:03 on the Kelly WOD. 3:40 on Grace. Hoping for a rx in 28 days!!
