  • 5 Power Snatch (135, 95) L1 (95, 65) L2 (65, 45)
  • 6 OH Squat
  • 7 Bar Facing Burpees

Rest 5 Minutes

Part Deux

4 Rounds for Time

  • 5 Front Squats (135, 95) L1 (95, 65) L2 (65, 45)
  • 6 Ground to Overhead
  • 7 Bar Facing Burpees
