Every Minute On the Minute for 7 minutes:

  • 3 Squat Cleans (80% 1RM)

WOD: 7 Minute AMRAP

  • 5 Power Cleans (90% Body Weight)
  • 5 Handstand Pushups

DHPU challenge: 16 total (w/ 1min break; red+green)

WOD: 7rds + 5reps, 95#, box HSPU from knees.
I should have gone heavier on these… My 1RM (135#) is less than my body weight so I tried to scale accordingly, but missed the intent of this particular WOD.
