Monday WOD 4/1/13

This week we will be testing our Olympic Maxes. We will be doing Clean and Jerk 1 Rep Max as the WOD on Tuesday and Snatch 1RM on Thursday.  We’re hoping to see some big PR’s compared to the beginning of the year!  Next week we’ll be doing One Rep Maxes for our Back Squats, Presses and Deadlifts in the form of the CrossFit Total.  These two weeks will wrap up our last strength cycle. We will be rolling out a new cycle with some different primary and accessory lifts in a couple of weeks.

WOD: For Time:

100 Bodyweight Back Squats (Every time you drop the bar, do 5 Muscle Ups)

90 Double Unders

80 Wall Balls

70 Front Rack Lunges (155, 105)

60 Situps

50 Pushups

40 Power Snatch (155, 105)

30 Handstand Pushups

20 Man Makers

10 Seconds accumulated in the Front Lever.

YES! This is awesome

The back squats are at your bodyweight- eg. I weigh 180. I do 100 back squats at 180.
Man Makers are at 53 lb kettlebells.

I don’t know what y’all are talking about– it’s not an April Fools’ prank. I finished in 2min30sec, Rx’ed, obvi. Also I am now a man, you know, because of the “man makers.”
