This week we will be testing our Olympic Maxes. We will be doing Clean and Jerk 1 Rep Max as the WOD on Tuesday and Snatch 1RM on Thursday. We’re hoping to see some big PR’s compared to the beginning of the year! Next week we’ll be doing One Rep Maxes for our Back Squats, Presses and Deadlifts in the form of the CrossFit Total. These two weeks will wrap up our last strength cycle. We will be rolling out a new cycle with some different primary and accessory lifts in a couple of weeks.
