12 Minutes of Light Gymnastics practice:
- 5 Minutes of Handstand practice,
- up and down the flying rig for max reps,
- 20 Candlesticks,
- 3x Max bent arm hang with rest in between,
- pistol practice (3×10),
- Hollow Rocks (3×10) Supermans (3×10)
- stuff I haven’t even heard of, etc.
WOD: Running Cindy
First 10 Minutes: AMRAP Rounds of Cindy
- 5 Pullups
- 10 Pushups
- 15 Squats
Second 10 Minutes: Run as far as possible in 10 minutes
Suggestion, start with 800M, if you know you can get another 800, go for it. Then hit a 400 or 200 or 100 as time allows and the best you can guess that you’ll be able to finish that run before 10 minutes ends. If clock ends when you’re outside, it don’t count.
