Warmups

Strength: Press, Push Press, Push Jerk Complex (95, 65)

Complete 1 Press, 1 Push Press and 1 Push Jerk.  That = 1 rep.  Complete as many reps as possible without reracking the bar.

Take 2 attempts.

WOD: 5 Rounds for time

  • 15 Box Jumps
  • 10 Pullups
  • 5 Ring Dips

Ugh!!! Bump back kept me from this WOD. Looking forward to sweating in a Halloween costume.
