Monday night at 7:30 P.M. we are starting to offer a mobility WOD class with Greg. This will be a normal class (will do the day’s WOD) but will start with about 15- 30 minutes of mobility work. If you have hip or shoulder mobility issues you should get to this class!
WOD: 30 minutes to set a 1 RM Snatch and 1 RM Clean and Jerk
Then, 1/2 Tabata This (4 rounds of each movement, not 8)

I focused on getting that full squat for both oly lifts. I think both lifts were technically PRs.

C&J – 135 lbs (…though it was more of a press than a jerk…but the clean was nice!)
