Friday WOD 10/18/12

Warmups

Gymnasticz Skillz:

Alternating Tabata (20 seconds on, 10 seconds off- 4 times through each)

  • Handstand Hold
  • Plank Hold
  • Handstand Pushups on box (elbows in!)
  • Hollow Rocks

WOD: 4 Rounds

  • 3 Power Cleans (185, 135)
  • 30 Double Unders
  • 9 Deadlifts (185, 135)

Cash out (part of the WOD, but only has to be done after the four rounds of above have been completed):

  • 200 M Sprint

WOD: 12:45 @ 105#. Did all required DUs, but would do a couple of singles in between each.
