Congratulations and Cool Stuff!
Hannah Solomon completed an internship in D.C. at the National Security Division of the Department of Justice.
She also was invited to the final selection camp for the USA Women’s Cricket World Cup Team, which put her in the top 25 in the country! She didn’t end up making the team, but it was still an incredible accomplishment. Another highlight was she was fifth in overall fitness at the camp, and she credits CrossFit, in part, for that achievement!
Tania Bronsoiler and Yoni Bard welcomed their baby boy Rafi Salomón Bard on August 7, 2017, he weighed in at 6lbs.

We had three athletes and one coach compete at the Bay State Games in July!!! Terry Lee went 3/6 and finished with 84kg/128kg for a 212kg total. He hit a 131kg PR clean but missed the jerk. Deanna Wu finished with 43kg/57kg for a total of 100! She PR’d her clean and jerk and secured a Gold medal in the 48kg open division! Becca Gidden finished with 55kg/71kg for a total 126kg. She PR’d both lifts and took home Bronze in the 90kg class. Coach Jess Weisman finished with a 80kg/88kg for a 168kg total and landed the Silver in the 69kg class. Way to finish strong, team!
Alex Correth moved to Colorado by way of an amazing cross-country adventure. We’ll miss you, Alex!
Jo Hunt moved back to Baltimore to start her career as a Physician’s Assistant.
Josh Lea and Jose Torres bought a house in Dorchester. We will miss seeing you both!

Keep on being awesome everyone!
