Who: Competitive classes are for people who are consistently completing workouts at the Rx weights and are comfortable with most movements like strict handstand pushups, strict pull-ups, toes to bar, squat snatches and squat cleans. Like any class, we can scale anything, so all are welcome but to get the most out of this class, that’s where you’ll want to be.
These are just some of the highlights of the achievements and milestones you are all living- both inside and outside of the box. I’m sure there are more, but we can’t celebrate or support you if we don’t know what’s happening! 🙂 Please email me and/or let your coaches know what’s going on! Look for the next newsletter in September.
Keep on being awesome everyone!
